
Nowadays, It is very rare to come across any person who doesn't suffer from stress. Life style of mankind has been ever changing since civilisation .One could hardly believe that even children suffer stress. How is stress related to our health? It is clearly understood that overburden in our mind and body creates stress which adversely affects our health. I strongly feel that, it would be better if we could find ways out to relieve stress in our daily life.
To my mind, employers and business people must necessarily take up some measures like reading books, watching T.V programmes, visiting relatives & friends etc. I believe that, to get away to a new place like sight seeing or voyage could certainly prove best results. However, this could be carried out only on vocation. Last vocation when I visited Thailand, Hongkong, Malaysia, I must sincerely accept the truth that I lost myself and didn’t get a flickering thought of my tedious business. Moreover, one could hardly wait until vocation to relieve their stress.
I suggest some other outlets for stress. That is either to recreate yourself or get occupied in pleasant activities like worship, listening music, swimming, dancing, playing active games, going to gym, last but not the least for a walk. Practically, I do “yoga” exercise to keep me away from stress. I affirm to the fact that, stress causes depression, gastroubles which leads to ulcer and many more diseases. Medical Research reports say that stress slowly affects the blood flow causing pressure and even paralyze. Hence, stress must be considered as a serious phenomenon.
Overall, I wish to conclude by saying that we should take up to the policy of “Take it easy” ; no matter, what may come and what may go. I humbly admit that there will be a possible solution for all our problems.
